Discovery Lead – Projects – Imperium Resourcing

To ensure appropriate monitoring systems are in place and to prepare reports for Senior Management, the Executive and Area Forums as required.
Evaluate effectiveness of contracts, service providers, products and consultants used and to make recommendations on changes or developments as required.
Take decisions within a pre-determined scheme of delegation.
Responsible for the overall delivery of investment works within the parameters set by the Programme and Asset Manager.
Management and delivery of all work delivery streams and programmes including planned preventative maintenance, voids and ad-hoc projects.
Work with service providers to develop and approve work packages.
Responsible for resolving escalated contract disputes.
Monitors Monthly service providers performance review assessments and Prepare performance data and statistical returns.
Delivers work delivery stream packages to reflect available resources and in agreement with the work package service providers.
Authorisation of payments as per scheme of delegation.
To ensure effective monitoring and cost control of all aspects of the delivery programme and ensure that overall viability of the programme is maintained in line with Council financial procedures.
Authorise & issue default notices to service providers.
