- To support the Strategic Group HR and OD Partner to provide a fully comprehensive and high quality Employee Relations Specialist services to the organisation.
- Manage and lead complex ER cases, as well as being the point of escalation for casework.
- Working on a range of complex and sensitive ER cases to ensure timely, consistent, fair, robust, evidence-based casework management, produced with high quality output.
- To provide technical expertise on all aspects of ER casework, especially for complex/sensitive ER cases.
- To evaluate the service requirements and meet regularly with key stakeholders to review cases in relation to performance and forward planning activities.
- To manage the casework tracker and ensure its accuracy and deliver management information and casework metrics using the information to drive improvement.
