Role Purpose
- The roles will primarily be to support the Resident Services Management Team in delivering projects that are critical to the success of the service plan, and are essential to ensure that major changes to ways of working are delivered successfully and that customer satisfaction targets for the service and its’ residents are achieved.
- These are key roles that will seek to take forward a wide range of tasks and respond to the main challenges facing Resident Services. This will include project work such as taking forward the outcomes from the garage strategy, undertaking consultation exercises with residents and other key stakeholders, developing and implementation of additional income collection streams such as garages, parking and community centres.
- A further key strand of the work is to take forward value for money initiatives and identify potential savings in both housing revenue account and general fund activities. The ability to work at operational manager level is essential to ensure that barriers and obstacles can be overcome in fully consultation with operational and senior managers.
- This role will have a fundamental part to play in enabling consistency of service delivery and empowering frontline staff to take responsibility for decision making.
