This role will support a programme establishing a organisation approach to responsiveness and customer care.

  • The work will include supporting development of outcomes, benefits and evaluation of the programme.
  • The successful candidate will undertake a review of all customer standards – including monitoring and reporting against those standards – across the business and support development of a new approach to standards alongside the programme team and performance colleagues.
  • Experience of project management/support – working in a structured project way – Analytical and experience of conducting analysis with complex datasets
  • Experience of working within a local government and/or public sector environment – Stakeholder engagement experience and being able to elicit requirements (from stakeholders who may not be clear about what they need!)
  • Comfortable working in excel (at least intermediate level ie – pivot tables, formulae etc), used sharepoint and the other Microsoft 365 tools such as powerpoint – Proficient in Power BI/Tableau reporting tools –
  • We need someone who can hit the ground running as we don’t have the luxury of time to spend months training them up.
