Oliver has a background in public sector recruitment, starting with front line services which gave him a strong grounding in terms of operational need. In 2014 he established an executive brand within a FTSE 250 business that supplied interim and executive staff into public sector organisations.

It was from there that he moved on to a Market leading Interim and Executive Search Organisation where he grew the social care desk over a period of 3 years. At this stage, he had not only grown this out from an interim perspective but also diversified the offering providing not only Director level appointments but middle management roles also to back up the strong offering that was already in place at the top of the market.
