Imperium Resourcing was created to better the interim/executive recruitment market across the Public Sector, whilst delivering a cost-effective model that can be easily procured, ensuring the best possible candidates across all vertical markets.

Established to help support Public Sector organisations with their executive staffing issues, be it interim, permanent or fixed term contracts. Disagreeing with some of the higher margins that are being charged by competitors, especially in an ever-changing environment with a huge focus on cost savings and public perception. There is an ever going need for experienced professionals to help implement change and transformation, or cover operational management roles, and we pride ourselves on being able to offer the right candidates, first time, every time.

Lawrence Silvester - Group Sales Director

Lawrence has 12 years' experience providing Interim and Executive solutions to Local Government, from high level recruitment programmes, to consultancy and innovative projects to address critical areas across the different verticals of a council. He prides himself on delivering anything that he is involved in comprehensively and efficiently ensuring the best possible outcomes for his clients and candidates. He is now excited to be supporting the growth of Imperium Resourcing and hopes his knowledge across the sector can support the great clients and candidates that we already work with. No matter what the challenge, he is always contactable and happy to help, so get in touch if there is anything that would like to discuss further. If he isn’t working then he can be found trying to relax with his 2 young children, wife Fiona, and Caverpoo Oscar in Kent, and spending as much time as he can outdoors.

Henry Galbraith - Associate Director

Henry has a wealth of experience in the Public Sector. With over 5yrs under his belt working with senior appointment across the UK Henry is a great advocate for interims and has a particular niche in providing high quality Interim/Search recruitment in mid to senior level roles, Henry has a wide range of executives in his network.

Rob McKenzie - Business Manager

Having started his recruitment career within the Executive Interim space in the Public Sector, Rob's focus is on Tier 4 interim roles within Local and Central government (central services and social care) arena. Rob has a proven track record in this space and his strong market knowledge and candidate relations experience brings a vital dimension to the Imperium Resourcing team.

Khaled Ramjaun - Associate Director

With over 6 years Interim Executive recruitment experience, Khaled is always one step ahead of the market based on his excellent relationships with senior managers and candidates. With a broad network of both candidates and clients his understanding of what both are looking for is second to none. He has a can do attitude and will leave no stone unturned when sourcing candidates, ensuring that all parties requirements are at the forefront of his mind. His style of working is that of a proactive Consultant, and goes above and beyond to deliver the results time and time again. Khaled has predominantly operated, and is one of the markets leading consultants specifically across Social Care, Commissioning, and Education. When he isn’t in the office or out networking his hobbies include walking, climbing, keeping fit and socialising.

Oliver King - Associate Director

Oliver has a background in public sector recruitment, starting with front line services which gave him a strong grounding in terms of operational need. In 2014 he established an executive brand within a FTSE 250 business that supplied interim and executive staff into public sector organisations. It was from there that he moved on to a Market leading Interim and Executive Search Organisation where he grew the social care desk over a period of 3 years. At this stage he had not only grown this out from an interim perspective but also diversified the offering providing not only Director level appointments but middle management roles also to back up the strong offering that was already in place at the top of the market. Akbar Hassam - Regional Manager

Akbar comes to Imperium with 15 years recruitment experience across Health and Social Care, where he focussed on Middle and Senior Management. He now heads up our Leeds office with a national remit of providing interim Senior Management, Consultancy and Executive grade solutions to Local Government directorates and the wider Public Sector.

Ellie Hibbard - Executive Consultant

Ellie has 5 years’ experience working across the public sector, specifically focussing on the NHS, and Biomedical sciences. Due to her 360 approach and the strong working relationships she has built, from both a client and candidate perspective we are excited to have her onboard at Imperium Resourcing. Ellie will be specifically focusing on Public Health, and her expertise in business development will support with our intended growth across this area. In her own time Ellie works with a number of charities and can be seen running at various events to support them. If she isn’t keeping fit then she can be found with a glass of wine, being a social butterfly, out and about enjoying what London has to offer.

Ash Fitzgerald - Senior Executive Consultant

Ash has over 9 years executive recruitment experience in Health & Social Care and FMCG gained in Local government and the private sector. He's a specialist in Interim and permanent placements and draws on knowledge from both areas to deliver bespoke executive and consultative solutions to clients of all needs. Ash has a strong network that he has developed over many years and together with his keen eye for detail and fast pace approach, he prides himself on delivering recruitment solutions quickly and efficiently. Ash will be focussing on placing Senior Management within local authorities and their affiliates.

Joy McLean - Senior Executive Consultant – Education Lead

Joy is an Education recruitment specialist with 12 years’ experience supporting over 200 Schools, Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities in the provision of Senior Leaders across the Interim, Fixed-Term and Permanent markets. Since 2008 she has built an Executive Education offering within 3 successful Recruitment agencies from the ground up, with unrivalled networks and consistently excellent feedback for both delivery and customer service. Outside of work Joy can be found spending time with her young family and exploring the great outdoors.
