We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to join the HR team.
To Lead and manage the Human Resource function including Payroll and HR Systems with responsibility for setting the strategic direction, planning and coordination of work, with 8 direct reports, to help achieve the Council’s priorities and improve HR & Payroll practice across the Council.
